The training of the biceps (II): Implied muscles 1

The flexion of the elbow involves to an entire chain of muscles that are associate from the scapula until the hand, for what the flexion of the elbow implies to the whole superior extremity.

Here they can end up collaborating from the brachial biceps that is born in the scapula and the humerus, until the wrist flexors and of the fingers.

We cannot forget it when outlining the training, thing that we will try later on, but now we will analyze the musculature that intervenes directly in the flexion of the elbow, that of the arm.

The brachial biceps is the most important muscle in the flexion of the elbow. When it contracts, it  curves and it convexs visibly under the skin, giving that form of so characteristic ball.

It is a muscle that crosses two articulations (shoulder and elbow). It is denominated biceps because in the superior part it has two origins.

- The long biceps that is prolonged for a tendon that circulates for a channel located in the head of the humerus, and that it acts like a pulley. This muscular faction collaborates in the separation of the arm.

- The short biceps that unites a little more to the scapula toward the interior, strengthening the connection and collaborating in the approach of the arm toward the trunk.

The brachial biceps collaborates in the pushing of the shoulder (to advance it).

The two biceps unite when descending for the arm to form an unique tendon that unites to the forearm in the high part of the radio (that is to say, very near the elbow).

The rise of loads (II): Basic considerations for any rise 1

The daily rise of loads does not require as much physical training conditions, unless we work with very heavy elements, but to know clearly certain concepts, to carry out it of a healthful way.

In that sense, the ergonomics and the departments of labour risks have been dedicated to disclose advice not to injure to us with this movement.

Taking certain precautions at the time of realising the movements the injury risk can be avoided, or be at least fallen.

Very instinctively, when we are going to move an important weight, we concentrated ourselves enough, and we took more precautions, than when we crouched ourselves to take a paper of the ground and, nevertheless, also we can here be made damage, because we underestimated normally it, we do and it anyway, without taking care of the movement.

For that reason, the first aspect to consider is the concentration, to know that we do at any moment. The gesture to incline and to straighten themselves, although is without moving weight,  can damage our back, reason why it is not necessary to clear importance to it.

Whenever we are going to take something that is in the ground or a level inferior, we must try to bend  us to incline  forwards. This is first thing that we must remimd.

If we inclined, the legs remain almost prim and the flexion of the trunk is realised inclining to us from the lumbar vertebrae that are the zone with more weak mobility and to yield at the time of “bending the back”.

The breathing (II): Importance of the breathing 2

And it is that the breathing is considered as the portal in which becomes unified the body with the mind. Our emotional state affects to the breathing and with it to the state of our body, and to the inverse one, through the corporal work and the breathing we can end up controlling our mind before its wandering.

Our way to interpret the world makes that the events affect us in a certain way, what alters the way to breathe.

This situation one can make chronic, installing bad habits in the breathing and muscular tensions in the body that impede us a correct breathing and with her the expression of our maximum potentiality.

For that reason, the boy when being born breathes in a perfect way, since practically he has not received big influences of the environment.

With the step of the time, the boy goes modeling his personality and his way of breathing.

A derived current of the psychoanalysis, the bioenergetic, that  studies the repercussion of the character in the body, exists and like it prints its print in form of tensions and physical features, all them arisen of the alteration of the breathing.

According to the person learns how to be related with the world, it adapts the breathing according to these rules.
